Shipping policy

Order processing times

Most book orders are processed within 3 working days. However, for some books in our monthly selections, order processing make take up to 15 working days. The product description for each book contains an indication of the timeframe within which the book is shipped. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has shipped. You can find your order details in your Liber Sum member account page. If shipment of your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.

Shipping times

Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes around 2-3 days.

Geographical coverage

We currently only send books to customers with address in the Netherlands.

Shipping costs

We currently work with Post NL to ship books to you and charge standard delivery fees of 4,10 EUR for a package of up to 2 kg. For Liber Sum members, these costs are included in the membership fee and no additional fees for delivery within the Netherlands will be charged if an appropriate discount code is applied at checkout. For customers without Liber Sum membership, shipping fees are added at checkout.

Shipping costs on returns

The shipping fees that you pay to have your order delivered to you are not reimbursed in case of returns. Nor do we cover any shipping costs associated with sending your return items to Liber Sum Books. For more information about returns, see our Refund Policy.

These shipping fees may change at the discretion of our shipping service provider. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the shipping service by the service provider. When possible, we will notify you ahead of time of any changes related to shipping fees and conditions via email and/or our website.
