Cancellation of your membership
You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at hello@libersum.club. In case your book from the current month’s selection has not yet been sent to you, your membership will be cancelled starting from the current month. If the book for the current month has been sent to you, the membership fee for the current month will be charged accordingly and we will cancel your membership as of the following month.
European Union cooling off period
For books shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your book must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the case of returns during the cooling off period, we only refund the cost of the books and do not reimburse any shipping costs that you paid at the time of the order, including shipping costs within the Netherlands that are included in your monthly membership fee. We do not cover any shipping costs associated with returning your item. For more information about the shipping costs check our Shipping policy.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@libersum.club stating the order number and the items that you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued in this case.
You can always contact us for any return at hello@libersum.club.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@libersum.club.
We do not cover any costs associated with returning an item. The refund amount for your order will only cover the cost of the book and exclude the shipping costs and the customs duties you paid (if any). Please check our Shipping policy for more information on shipping costs.
